In partnership with Sonae Sierra, the company recently implemented Self‑Consumption Production Units (UPAC) across 21 shopping centers in Portugal, Spain, Italy, and Romania. With 12.8 MW of installed capacity, the project has reduced electricity purchases from the grid by 30% and is expected to cut annual CO₂ emissions by 2,860 tons, significantly lowering operating costs and improving environmental performance.
